Technically it is mansluaghter because Michael did kill even though it was unintentional he still killed him. The fact that Michael also tries to hide the evidence aka the gun doesn’t help. It makes a better case against him. 

 Cause is something that sets of a chain of events that usually change poeple’s lives forever. Which is where effect comes in. Effect is the aftermath of cause. one incident can change peoples lives forever. The reason for this is because when a person, or thing do or cause something its like stacking dominoes once it starts it doesnt stop until it knocks down all of the pieces. For example michael shot his winchester rifle in the air. This affects not only ghis life but of the people or dominoes surrounding him to. Like jenna, charlie, joe ,amy and others as well.

i think that gun control and responsibility is  essential, because without it everyone would go crazy. guns should be used to protect people and secure. but in this world it is sadly not that way and it probably never will be.people who want to rob and kill use them to craete terror. i think guns should be allowed because they provide safety. if only there were a way to keep people in check and make sure they are responsible for their weapons.

in my opinion i don’t think the goverment should have let its people carry hidden weapons. i think that if they mean no harm by their weapons then they should feel comfortable enough to carry them out in the open. they commited a huge mistake. this bill helps people who pose a serious threat to common citizens get what they want. do you not think it would be most convinient if a robber, or a murderer could bring his/her weapon in someplace without drawing attention to themselves? i should think so.

the stones represent things or events that happened to him or someone else that directly affect him. these stones are problems that he can’t really do anything about they are out of his control. he feels guilty for these things but what is he supposed to do? he has to swallow the stones like Joe unconciously told him. he told him he had done things that he wasn’t proud of but, that like him he would have to accept them to survive. in the future michael will hav to swallow many peoples hate and fear for him. he will have to swallow the fact that he mesed up not only amy’s life but also joe’s and his familie’s life to.
